WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All our products are manufactured in Greece, in our own workshop, by experienced craftsmen who work legally in the company. The materials we use are of European origin and the processing is done in modern equipment with respect for the environment.
HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
Find the product you like, choose the available modifications (for example color, dimension...), if necessary write the numbers or the text you want in the corresponding field and put the product in your cart in the desired quantity.
HOW CAN I PAY?
On order completion you can choose to pay directly by bank card in a secure environment, by cash on delivery or deposit on bank account.
HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER TAKE AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE IT?
All of our products are made to order and take 1 to 5 business days to prepare. Orders are sent by courier or transport company (depending on volume and quantity).
You can also pick up your order from our headquarters.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All our products are made to order and personalized, therefore non-returnable.
Before processing the order we will send you a mockup for final review and approval.
CAN I ISSUE AN INVOICE?
Of course! Fill in the business name and VAT number in the relevant form when completing the order.
